Special Session Update ~ Passed!!

It’s an awesome morning! I really tried to stay awake and find out what was happening with the bill last night but finally gave up. However I was greeted this morning with a wonderful note from Mr. McGrath:

“AGRICULTURE AND ENVIRONMENT BILL $780 million budget for agriculture and environmental programs including repealing venue restrictions for cottage food sales and raising the annual sales limit to $18,000.
— Passes DFL-controlled Senate 38-29.
— Passes GOP-controlled House 78-47.”

Now we are back to waiting for the Governor to sign the bill, which he promises to do today”. I don’t know about you all but I am breathing a HUGE sigh of relief this morning, but at the same time holding my breath until it’s actually signed. How…
